– Check-in: 14:00 hours (on your arrival day we cannot guarantee your room keys before that time, if you arrive earlier and your room isn’t ready we have a luggage room so that you may start enjoying our facilities while waiting)
– Check-out: 10:00 hours (on your departure day your room must be vacated before that time).
– Unaccompanied minors are not allowed.
– Smoking is forbidden in the whole complex except on the balcony/terrace.
– Pets are not allowed
– A deposit of 100.00 € is required at check-in (refundable once checked that there are no damages or losses)
– Some items may require a deposit (for example, the TV remote control)
– We do not offer a rental or loan service for pool towels.
